Why can't I see my screen time data?
Screen Receipts requires the Family Controls entitlement to read your Screen Time data. Make sure you've granted permission during onboarding. If data still doesn't appear, try reopening the app — the report extension needs a moment to load.
Is my data sent to a server?
No. Your screen time data never leaves your device, and that is enforced by iOS rather than by our good intentions: the data is only readable inside a sandboxed system extension whose container the app cannot write to. Nothing is uploaded, and the app contains no networking code at all.
How do I change my voice?
Go to Settings (third tab) and tap the voice picker at the top. All eight voices are included — Wake-Up Call, Motivational Coach, The Roast, Philosopher, Best Friend, Drill Sergeant, Gen Alpha, and Sportscaster. Switch any time.
Is there anything else to buy?
No. Screen Receipts is a one-time $0.99 purchase and that is the entire transaction — no subscription, no in-app purchases, nothing held back behind a higher tier. Every voice, every comparison, and the Health context are included in the app you bought.
Something is wrong and I want my money back.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so that request goes to Apple too: reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with your Apple ID. Email us as well if something is broken — we would rather fix it.
